Operational Performance and Efficiency Review

Carried out a Preliminary Diagnostic Assessment to determine operational performance and efficiency within a real estate board. Our review identified problem areas and the potential for organizational improvement.  Comprehensive interviews from a sample of all of the stakeholders were conducted so that all perspectives and concerns could be considered.

Regional Association

Infrastructure Study and Public Awareness Campaign

GDB was commissioned by a large heavy construction association to conduct a study on the current state of road, water and sewer infrastructure within a Regional Municipality.  The results of this study were so profound that an awareness campaign was launched to survey and evaluate public opinion regarding the state of infrastructure and the connection between investment in public infrastructure and economic and user benefits.  The results of both the study and the public awareness campaign were forwarded to local government and the media.
