IT System Selection Project

The GDB consulting team assisted a Community College with the selection of an administrative software vendor.  This engagement included an independent review of the potential vendors corporate financial viability, conducting a service and support survey of the potential vendors customers to measure overall customer satisfaction, and participation on the Steering Committee to ensure adherence to pre-determined processes.
